My name is Viktoria and I'm a small digital artist from Germany. I love experimenting in different artstyles and looks, especially when it comes to character, costume and backround designs!

payment
In ordner to give ensure both the commissioner and myself, payment will go as followed. After going over the request a price estimate will be made. To get an idea of the estimate, feel free to take a look at the price list or just ask away!Aditional fees might be made for:
- complex elements (in Backrounds/Costumes/...)
- prioritised commissions
- commertial useThe payment will be split in two parts.
- 50% deposit before the first draft
- 50% after the final product is send outPayment via Paypal.
time
Commissions will be treated in the ordner the first deposit was paid for. Like the price, the estimate of process time will be made after reviewing the request. On average, a commission will take 2-4 weeks, depending on how much back and forth communication is needed.
edits
Especially in the first stages, it's normal for ideas to change up for a bit and unless the corrections don't enter a different price range there will be no fees until we agree on a final draft. After that, only color palette changes will be possible. Composition and pose changes would require small fees.
rights
As a reference for future commissioners, I maintain the right to display the work as commission samples in my portfolio. You're free to use the finished result however it was intended, aswell as on social media. In that case, plase make sure to give credit.However: Please state in your request mail if the commissions are for commercial usage since it will be priced differently. Examples of commecial use might be:- Business-related work (Shop/Website Graphics)
- Promo Material (Covers/Keyart)
- Social Media Assets (Avatars/Banners)
- MerchandiseIn case you're unsure, feel free to ask!
refund
If the commissioner wishes to cancel the request, refund will be made depending on the progress.- 50% refund: If the order is cancelled before the first draft, the final 50% will be refund
- No refund: After the first draft is made, there will be no refunds. Please keep that in mind.
